ADVANCE MAGBLEND CHELATED MAGNESIUM BLEND — DIETARY SUPPLEMENT 30 TABLETS

ADVANCE MAGBLEND®

Chelated Magnesium Blend

Dietary Supplement – 30 Film-Coated Tablets

Medical Description

Advance Magblend® is a dietary magnesium supplement formulated to provide 210 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet (approximately 70% of the Daily Value), derived from a proprietary blend of highly bioavailable chelated magnesium salts, including:

  • Magnesium Bisglycinate
  • Magnesium Citrate
  • Magnesium Malate
  • Magnesium Lactate
  • Magnesium Gluconate

The combination of multiple magnesium forms is intended to optimize gastrointestinal tolerability while supporting efficient magnesium absorption. Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the human body and plays a fundamental role in neuromuscular function, energy production, cardiovascular health, electrolyte balance, and bone metabolism.

This formulation is designed to help maintain adequate magnesium status, particularly in individuals with insufficient dietary intake or increased physiological requirements.

Composition

Each film-coated tablet contains:

  • Elemental Magnesium: 210 mg
    • Equivalent to approximately 70% Daily Value (DV)

Magnesium sources:

  • Magnesium Bisglycinate
  • Magnesium Citrate
  • Magnesium Malate
  • Magnesium Lactate
  • Magnesium Gluconate

Other ingredients:

  • Microcrystalline Cellulose
  • Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP K30)
  • Crospovidone
  • Colloidal Silicon Dioxide
  • Magnesium Stearate

Mechanism of Action

Magnesium functions as a cofactor for hundreds of enzymes responsible for numerous physiological processes including:

  • ATP (cellular energy) production
  • Protein synthesis
  • DNA and RNA synthesis
  • Nerve impulse transmission
  • Skeletal and smooth muscle contraction and relaxation
  • Regulation of calcium and potassium transport
  • Maintenance of normal cardiac rhythm
  • Bone mineralization

Chelated forms such as magnesium bisglycinate are bound to amino acids, which may improve absorption and reduce gastrointestinal discomfort compared with some inorganic magnesium salts.

Evidence-Based Health Benefits

→Supports Normal Muscle Function

Adequate magnesium intake contributes to normal muscle contraction and relaxation and may help reduce symptoms associated with magnesium deficiency such as muscle cramps and muscle fatigue.

→Supports Nervous System Health

Magnesium is essential for proper nerve conduction, neurotransmitter regulation, and maintenance of normal neurological function.

→Supports Energy Production

Magnesium participates in ATP generation and carbohydrate metabolism, contributing to normal cellular energy production and helping reduce fatigue associated with inadequate magnesium intake.

→Supports Bone Health

Approximately 50–60% of the body's magnesium is stored in bone. Magnesium contributes to normal bone mineralization and works synergistically with calcium and vitamin D to maintain skeletal health.

→Supports Cardiovascular Function

Adequate magnesium intake contributes to:

  • Normal heart rhythm
  • Healthy blood vessel function
  • Maintenance of normal blood pressure within physiological ranges
  • Electrolyte balance

→Supports Electrolyte Balance

Magnesium plays an important role in maintaining normal intracellular concentrations of potassium, sodium, and calcium.

→May Support Healthy Sleep

Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system regulation and may promote relaxation in individuals with low magnesium status.

Potential Uses

Advance Magblend® may be appropriate for individuals who:

  • Have inadequate dietary magnesium intake
  • Experience increased magnesium requirements
  • Participate in intense physical activity
  • Are older adults with reduced magnesium intake
  • Wish to support muscle and nerve function
  • Desire cardiovascular and bone health support
  • Seek a well-tolerated magnesium supplement

Adult Use

Suitable for adults requiring magnesium supplementation under healthcare professional guidance or according to product labeling.

Pediatric Use

Routine magnesium supplementation in children should only be undertaken under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional. Pediatric magnesium requirements vary according to age.
