Dosage & Administration
Levothyroxine is generally administered once daily.
For tablets, the recommended administration is:
Take on an empty stomach, approximately 30–60 minutes before breakfast, with water.
Medicines or supplements that interfere with levothyroxine absorption should generally be separated from levothyroxine by at least 4 hours. Important examples include:

Cardiovascular effects
