• Acetylcysteine – 100 mg
• Ivy leaf extract – 45 mg
• Zinc – 3.75 mg

General Contraindications (DO NOT USE if)

Allergy / hypersensitivity

• Known allergy to any ingredient (especially ivy or NAC)
• Ivy can cause skin rash, hives, or even breathing reactions

Very young children (important)

• Not recommended under 2 years without medical supervision
• Risk: increased mucus that infants cannot clear → may worsen breathing

Warnings & Precautions

Respiratory conditions

• Use carefully in:
  • Severe asthma
  • Children with weak cough reflex
• Reason: mucolytics (acetylcysteine) increase mucus → child must be able to cough it out

Gastrointestinal conditions

• Caution if child has:

  • Stomach ulcer

Drug interactions
