Adolescence: 5 ml weekly (50,000 IU) or 1 ml day after day (10,000 IU)

Expiry and Storage:

Vita-D Cell has a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture.

After each use, Vita-D Cell should be stored at room temperature below 30°C.
Vit-D Cell do not require refrigeration.
