Mouthwash usage routine

How to use Listerine® Cool Mint Mouthwash?
For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to use it in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoons) into a cup, swish the mouthwash around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out.
