EVA Skin Clinic Anti-Aging Niacinamide 10% & Zinc 1% Facial Serum is a topical dermatologic serum formulated to target multiple common skin concerns including excess sebum production, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, barrier dysfunction, and early signs of aging. It combines high-strength niacinamide (Vitamin B3) with Zinc PCA, a sebum-regulating zinc derivative, to modulate skin physiology through well-studied mechanisms.

Pharmacologic Actions

Niacinamide (10%)

• A water-soluble vitamin B3 derivative with multi-functional dermatologic properties.
• Enhances epidermal barrier function by up-regulating synthesis of ceramides and other lipids, leading to improved hydration and reduced transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
• Exerts anti-inflammatory effects, reducing erythema and irritation in inflammatory skin conditions.
• Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by supporting collagen and keratin production.
• Regulates melanosome transfer, helping to reduce hyperpigmentation and even out skin tone.

Zinc PCA (1%)

• A zinc salt of L-pyrrolidone carboxylic acid with sebum-modulating and antimicrobial activity.
• Helps to normalize excess oil production and may inhibit proliferation of acne-associated bacteria, supporting clearer skin.
• Has anti-inflammatory properties that can contribute to reduced irritation and redness.

Mechanism of Action
