Giving birth to a baby is very exhausting and emotional. Even breast feeding might not be easy, especially at the beginning. The main concerns are:

SEKEM Lactagogue tea is composed for the freshly baked moms. Drinking this tea immediately after giving birth, guarantees a good breast milk supply for the baby. The well-balanced traditional formula contains organic fenugreek, anise and fennel which have an estrogenic effect and directly influence the breast milk supply.

Fennel, caraway and anise are pleasant for both mother and baby and may help to relieve colic and wind, especially in the first three months.

Tea preparation
Put a filter-bag of SEKEM Lactagogue in 150 ml of boiling water.

Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.

Sweet with honey according to taste.

Drink 2 - 3 times a day.
