Composition:Each soft gelatin capsule contains: Ferrous fumarate 350mg. Vitamin B1 15mg. Folic acid 2 mg. Vitamin B2 2mg. Vitamin C 50mg. Vitamin B6 10mg. Vitamin B12 7.5mcg Vitamin D 400i.u. Vitamin E acetate 5mg. Calcium gluconate 75mg. Copper 2.5 mg. Linoleic acid 200mg. Manganese 2.5 mg. Linolenic acid 45mg.

Properties:Haema-Caps® is an integrated formula specially prepared to compensate iron, vitamin and mineral deficiency as it contains: ● Ferrous fumarate; contains the highest content of elemental iron (33%), in addition to ascorbic acid which significantly enhances iron absorption ● Vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin E, copper and manganese; necessary for erythropoiesis ● Vitamin B1, B2, B6, D, calcium gluconate; multivitamins and minerals to fulfil daily requirements and overcome deficiency ● Linoleic and linolenic; essential fatty acids that are part of the cell membrane structure ● Taurine; sulphur-containing amino acid, recommended to be taken in conjunction with vitamins and minerals to enhance their absorption and utilization as well as to reduce the incidence of constipation

Indications And Usage:Prevention and control of iron-deficiency anemia in cases of: Increased demand of iron and vitamins, e.g. during pregnancy, lactation or puberty Iron loss due to bleeding, e.g. during menstrual period, postoperatively or due to repeated pregnancy Inadequate diet, convalescence, the elderly or nutritional deficiency

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to any of the components. Adverse effects Ingestion of iron may be associated with blackening of stools. It may occasionally cause nausea, upper abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhea.

Dosage & Administration:One capsule daily, preferably after meals. N.B.: The dose could be doubled in severe iron deficiency anemia.

How Supplied:Strips of 7 capsules in packs of 2 strips.
