What it is Dapagliflozin/ Metformin?

  • Combination of:
    • Dapagliflozin → removes excess glucose via kidneys
    • Metformin → reduces glucose production and improves insulin use
  • Used for type 2 diabetes only (NOT for type 1 diabetes)
