LIMITLESS JOINT AVOPLUS DIETARY SUPPLEMENT 30 FILM-COATED TABLETS

LIMITLESS JOINT AVOPLUS

Dietary Supplement – 30 Film-Coated Tablets
Joint, Cartilage, Bone & Musculoskeletal Nutritional Support

Description

Limitless Joint Avoplus is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement formulated to provide nutritional support for normal joint, cartilage, bone, and musculoskeletal function. Each film-coated tablet combines avocado-soybean unsaponifiables (ASU), turmeric extract standardized to curcuminoids, glucosamine sulfate, vitamin C, Boswellia serrata extract, grape seed extract, and vitamin D3.

The formulation combines nutrients and botanical extracts with antioxidant and connective-tissue-related functions. Some of its ingredients have been investigated for their potential role in supporting joint comfort, mobility, and physical function, although the strength of clinical evidence varies considerably between ingredients and preparations.

Avocado-soybean unsaponifiables (ASU) are lipid fractions derived from avocado and soybean oils. Clinical studies and systematic reviews have investigated ASU in osteoarthritis, with evidence suggesting possible modest improvements in symptoms, particularly in knee osteoarthritis, although results are not sufficient to consider ASU a treatment for osteoarthritis.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) provides curcuminoids, including curcumin. Curcuminoids have demonstrated anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and have been investigated in randomized clinical trials for osteoarthritis symptoms. Systematic reviews suggest potential improvements in pain and functional measures, but differences in formulations, doses, and study quality mean that definitive conclusions regarding efficacy cannot be generalized to every turmeric preparation.

Glucosamine sulfate is a compound naturally associated with cartilage and other connective-tissue structures. Although glucosamine has been extensively studied in osteoarthritis, clinical evidence remains inconsistent, and major clinical guidelines differ regarding its usefulness. Therefore, this product should be positioned as joint nutritional support rather than a treatment for osteoarthritis or cartilage degeneration.

Boswellia serrata has been studied for joint health and osteoarthritis symptoms. Some clinical studies suggest that oral Boswellia extracts may help reduce joint pain and improve function, but NCCIH notes that much of the available evidence is based on relatively small studies and that higher-quality research is still needed.

Vitamin C is required for collagen biosynthesis and therefore contributes to the normal formation and maintenance of connective tissues, including tissues involved in the musculoskeletal system. It also functions as an antioxidant.

Vitamin D3 promotes intestinal calcium absorption and helps maintain calcium and phosphate concentrations necessary for normal bone mineralization, bone growth, and bone remodeling. Adequate vitamin D is therefore important for maintaining normal bone health.

Grape seed extract, standardized to proanthocyanidins, provides polyphenolic antioxidant compounds. Its inclusion contributes antioxidant support; however, evidence is insufficient to claim that grape seed extract independently prevents or treats joint disease.

Important Safety Information

  • Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredient.
  • This product contains soybean derivatives and should be avoided by individuals with soy allergy.
  • Individuals taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, particularly warfarin, should consult a healthcare professional before use. Glucosamine-containing products have been associated with increased bleeding risk with warfarin, while herbal ingredients may also have potential medication interactions.
  • Individuals with diabetes or impaired glucose regulation should consult their healthcare professional before using glucosamine-containing supplements because glucosamine may affect blood glucose in some individuals.
  • Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Safety data for medicinal amounts of some botanical ingredients during pregnancy and lactation are limited.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have liver, gallbladder/biliary, digestive, or other chronic medical conditions, or if you take prescription medications.
  • Individuals receiving hormone therapy or thyroid medication should discuss use with their healthcare professional before starting the supplement.
  • Discontinue use and seek medical advice if unusual symptoms such as jaundice, dark urine, persistent abdominal discomfort, allergic reactions, unusual bleeding, or other significant adverse effects occur.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use if the safety seal is broken or damaged.

Possible Gastrointestinal Effects

As with many dietary supplements containing botanical extracts and glucosamine, some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, abdominal symptoms, or diarrhea. Tolerance can vary between individuals.
