LIMITLESS LIPOFERREX 40 MG ( IRON + VITAMIN C + FOLIC ACID + VITAMIN D3 + VITAMIN B12 + VITAMIN B6 ) DIETARY SUPPLEMENT 30 FILM-COATED TABLETS

LIMITLESS LIPOFERREX 40 MG

Iron + Vitamin C + Folic Acid + Vitamin D3 + Vitamin B12 + Vitamin B6
Dietary Supplement – 30 Film-Coated Tablets

Medical Description

Limitless Lipoferrex 40 mg is a high-potency iron-containing dietary supplement formulated with 40 mg of elemental iron per tablet, together with vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6.

Iron is an essential mineral required for the synthesis of hemoglobin, the iron-containing protein within red blood cells responsible for transporting oxygen from the lungs to body tissues. Iron is also involved in myoglobin formation and several cellular and metabolic processes. Inadequate iron intake or increased iron losses can deplete body iron stores and may eventually lead to iron-deficiency anemia, which can be associated with fatigue, weakness, reduced exercise capacity, and difficulty concentrating.

The formula combines iron with vitamin C, which enhances the intestinal absorption of non-heme iron. This combination may therefore support efficient utilization of supplemental iron.

Folic acid and vitamin B12 are important for DNA synthesis and normal red-blood-cell formation. Deficiency of either nutrient can contribute to megaloblastic anemia, although this type of anemia differs from iron-deficiency anemia. Vitamin B12 is also important for normal neurological function.

Vitamin B6 participates in numerous enzymatic reactions and contributes to hemoglobin formation, making it a complementary nutrient in a formula designed to support normal blood formation.

Vitamin D3 contributes primarily to calcium and phosphorus homeostasis and normal bone mineralization, while also having roles in neuromuscular and immune function. Its inclusion provides additional nutritional support but should not be interpreted as a treatment for iron-deficiency anemia.

Key Nutritional Benefits

  • Supports normal hemoglobin formation through its high-potency iron content.
  • Helps maintain normal red-blood-cell production by supplying iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamin B6.
  • Supports normal oxygen transport because iron is an essential component of hemoglobin.
  • Supports energy and normal physical performance by helping address inadequate iron intake, since iron deficiency can be associated with weakness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin C supports iron absorption, particularly absorption of non-heme iron.
  • Folic acid and vitamin B12 support DNA synthesis and normal blood-cell formation.
  • Vitamin B6 contributes to hemoglobin formation and normal metabolism.
  • Vitamin D3 supports normal bone health and calcium metabolism.

Recommended Use

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older:
Take 1 film-coated tablet once daily, preferably with a glass of water, with or after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.

Because iron can interact with certain medicines and supplements, individuals taking regular medications should seek professional advice regarding appropriate timing. In particular, iron can reduce absorption of levothyroxine, and calcium may interfere with iron absorption.

Important Safety Information

  • This product contains 40 mg of elemental iron per tablet, which is a relatively high supplemental dose. NIH notes that supplemental iron doses of 45 mg/day or more are commonly associated with gastrointestinal adverse effects such as nausea and constipation; individual tolerance can vary.
  • Possible gastrointestinal effects of iron supplementation include nausea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Iron supplementation should not be used routinely in individuals with adequate iron stores unless recommended by a healthcare professional.
  • Iron deficiency should ideally be confirmed and monitored using appropriate laboratory testing, commonly including CBC/hemoglobin and ferritin, because anemia can have causes other than iron deficiency.
  • Individuals with conditions associated with iron overload should not take iron-containing supplements unless medically advised.
  • Keep iron-containing supplements out of reach of children. Accidental ingestion of large quantities of iron can cause severe toxicity.
  • Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or being treated for anemia should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Storage

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
