Orthovisc

Orthovisc® is an ultra-pure, high molecular weight injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) viscosupplement used to treat joint pain caused by osteoarthritis.

ORTHOVISC® is a multi-injection indicated for the treatment of joint pain caused by osteoarthritis, thereby improving functionality.

FDA-Approved, Non-Avian multi-dose viscosupplement with the highest HA concentration and up to 6 months of efficacy.

ORTHOVISC® restores the molecular weight, elasticity and viscosity of the osteoarthritic knee to more closely resemble the synovial fluid of a healthy knee. ORTHOVISC® contains one of the highest concentration of hyaluronan per injection than all other viscosupplements. Patients with known avian allergies may be prescribed ORTHOVISC®. It is injected into the joint in a series of three injections per therapy course, spaced one week apart.
