Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the dosage is as follows:
Adults (18 years and older): One tablespoon, 3 times daily.

Precautions and Warnings:

To be used under medical supervision.
Keep out of reach of children.
Not to be used by pregnant women, patients with liver or kidney disease, or patients taking products containing cephalosporins, metronidazole, disulfiram, or mushrooms.
May have a laxative effect at high doses due to its sorbitol content.
May cause stomach irritation or diarrhea.
May affect individuals suffering from inflammation of the urinary tract or digestive system.
Use with caution in patients with thyroid disorders.
Not to be used by patients with phenylketonuria.
