Infinity Spanish Labs Retinol B3 Cream is a nighttime anti-aging and moisturizing facial cream formulated to help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, and dehydrated skin. Based on the product label, it combines Retinol (Vitamin A) with Niacin (Vitamin B3), Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen, Vitamin E, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (a stable Vitamin C derivative), Propolis Extract, and Sweet Almond Oil to support skin renewal while helping maintain hydration and the skin barrier.
