PROPERTIES
SELONA (vitamin C) plays an important role in immune function.
SELONA (Vitamin C) is required for the biosynthesis of collagen, L-carnitine, and certain neurotransmitters.
SELONA (vitamin C) is also involved in protein metabolism.
SELONA (vitamin C) is also an important physiological antioxidant
SELONA (vitamin C) plays an important role in immune function.
SELONA (vitamin C) improves the absorption of nonheme iron iron present in plant-based foods.
SELONA (Vitamin E ) antioxidant that stops the production of ROS formed when fat undergoes oxidation.
SELONA (Vitamin A) is involved in immune function, vision, reproduction, and cellular communication.
SELONA (Vitamin A) also supports cell growth and differentiation, playing a critical role in the normal formation and maintenance of the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs.
SELONA (zinc) plays a role in immune function , protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis , and cell division . Zinc also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence.

Indications:
1. Prevention and treatment of scurvy.
2. VITAMIN C deficiency such as gingivitis, bleeding gums, loosened teeth.
3. Vitamin C requirements also increases in certain cases as: tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, peptic ulcer, chronic illness and infection as (whooping cough, pneumonia, sinusitis and rheumatic fever), pregnancy and lactation.
4. hemovascular disorder , burns and delayed fracture and wound healing.
5. Symptomatic relief of common cold and influenza.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity for any of the components.

Drug Interactions:
Large doses of vitamin C may interfere with anticoagulant effect of warfarin.

Warning and precautions:
Vitamin C should be used cautiously in the following cases:
Patients takes anticoagulants.
Recurrent renal calculi.

Dosage and administration:
One sachet / day taken directly by mouth or to put on ½ cup of water.
