The combination of Thioctic Acid (Alpha Lipoic Acid) 600 mg, Benfotiamine 80 mg & Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 mcg is commonly used for the management of peripheral neuropathy, especially in patients with diabetes.

Thioctic Acid (Alpha Lipoic Acid):

  • A powerful antioxidant.
  • Reduces oxidative stress in nerves.
  • Improves nerve conduction and blood flow.

Benfotiamine:

  • A fat-soluble form of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine).
  • More bioavailable than regular thiamine.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12):

 Uses of This Combination
